For a long time I stayed in China to learn Feng Shui and Chinese Medicine. There I met the translator Zhankun, who visited me in Switzerland years later. We fell in love and I decided to follow her to China.

electric gu zheng design

Inspired by our integrated instrument pickups, our cooperation partner launched the development of an electric Gu Zheng (Chinese zither). I was happy to support the project with my experience.

At the Pro Light and Sound exhibition in Shanghai 2019, we were finally able to unveil our prototype.

After another revision, the electric Gu Zheng 2020 was definitely launched for the market.
